Reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% with a credit card (Visa, Master Card) or check due at the time of booking. If your plans require you to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be gladly returned provided we are notified at least 14 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival. Any refunded deposit will be subject to a $25. handling fee. Guests will be charged for their fully reserved stay regardless of actual arrival time or departure date. Full price of the room plus tax is charged to guest without confirmed notice of cancellation Currently we cannot accomodate children or pets |
